- Compensation: $22–$27/hour

- Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite – near downtown / Loop area)
- Work Model: Fully onsite
- Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexibility as needed)
- Duration: 1-month contract (coverage role)
Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities
- Oversee office supply inventory, beverage stations, and conference room readiness
- Support café operations and ensure consistent stocking of essentials
- Manage seating assignments and coordinate workspace setups for employees
- Support general office cleanliness, safety standards, and emergency readiness
- Assist with employee offboarding by coordinating workspace reset and organization
Facilities Coordinator Requirements
- Prior experience in facilities, office coordination, or workplace operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work early morning onsite schedule
- Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and proactive mindset
