Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct daily operations of the title processing team
- Monitor team productivity, accuracy, and overall performance
- Review and complete applications for salvage and non-repairable certificates
- Resolve documentation issues and respond to internal and external inquiries, including DMV-related processes
- Train and onboard new specialists and processors
- Handle payroll, reporting, and departmental tracking (e.g., productivity metrics)
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, policies, and process improvements
- Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage workflow in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated experience handling sensitive situations with professionalism and tact
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ability to collaborate across multiple levels of an organization
Work Environment
- Office-based, fast-paced environment
- High-volume workload requiring strong attention to detail and time management
Key Details
- Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
