LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading organization to hire a detail-driven Plant Accountant in Winston-Salem, NC. This Plant Accountant role blends analytics, operations, and collaboration, ideal for someone who enjoys connecting financial data to real-world plant activity.
What you’ll do (Plant Accountant):
- Analyze production and material usage trends to ensure accuracy
- Perform inventory counts and lead reconciliation efforts
- Monitor plant activity for compliance with accounting standards
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams
- Support finance leadership with reporting and special projects
What’s needed (Plant Accountant):
- BA in Accounting or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

- Compensation: $95,000–$104,000 annually + eligibility for 10–15% bonus potential
