Project Manager – Electrical
Location: Franksville, Wisconsin
Reports to: Senior Account Executive and Director of Operations
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 base salary

You’ll work directly with major General Contractors, developers, and ownership groups on high-profile commercial and industrial projects, while positioning yourself for clear advancement into Senior Project Management and leadership roles.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Electrical Construction Projects
- Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Oversee project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and billing.
- Drive Cross-Functional Project Execution
- Coordinate with General Contractors, field leadership, engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead project meetings, maintain schedules, and proactively resolve challenges.
- Own Client Relationships
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, GC partners, and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships.
- Support business growth by helping ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support Field and Operational Success
- Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure labor, materials, and equipment align with project needs.
- Help identify risks and implement solutions to maintain productivity and profitability.
