We’re hiring an Education and Publications Coordinator on behalf of one of our leading technical institution clients to help support continuing education and member programs. This is a contract-to-hire role with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support continuing education, conventions, and online academy
- Manage inboxes, respond to inquiries, and route complex questions
- Upload rosters and ensure accurate certification reporting
- Learn and manage LMS and certification systems
- Handle administrative tasks (books, emails, payments)
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Dropbox
- Webinar experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable with varied communication styles
