LaSalle Network is hiring for a Title Center Manager to join our client’s growing team in Rancho Cordova, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing performance-driven teams. The Title Center Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of eight, and ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.

Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8 associates and supervisors

Oversee Title Center operations, ensuring SLAs and processing timelines are met

Monitor productivity and efficiency through dashboards and automation tools

Manage performance, attendance, and scheduling for Title Center employees

Resolve employee conflicts and enforce company policies
-
Conduct regular team meetings and implement new policies or procedures

Support DMV-related questions, escalations, and documentation processes
-
Collaborate with senior management on reporting and resource needs

3+ years of supervisory or management experience

Background in titling, automotive, or related operational environments

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
