National Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm Recognized for Exceptional Company Culture
CHICAGO (May 19, 2017) – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, has been recognized as one of the 2017 “Best Places to Work in Illinois” by The Daily Herald Business Ledger and Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) for the seventh consecutive year.
“We are honored to make this list for the seventh year,” said Founder and CEO of LaSalle Network, Tom Gimbel. “As we experience growth, our focus continues to be on company culture and training and developing our employees.”
In partnership with the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Advocacy Council, MRA – The Management Association, the Greater Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce, and Best Companies Group, this list identifies employers in Illinois that not only contribute to the local economy, but also focus on creating engaging and healthy workplaces.
Participating companies were divided into three categories; small (15-99 employees), medium (100-499 employees) and large (500+ employees), and assessed through a two-part process. The first part consisted of evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure employee experience in the company. LaSalle Network ranked in the medium-sized category.
