LaSalle Network Named to Crain’s Chicago Business ‘Best Places to Work’ List for Fifth Consecutive Year

National Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm Recognized for Outstanding Company Culture

CHICAGO (March 28, 2018) – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, has been recognized as one of Chicago’s “Best Places to Work” in 2018 by Crain’s Chicago Business. This is LaSalle Network’s fifth consecutive year on the list.

Crain’s Chicago Business’ annual “Best Place to Work” list recognizes companies in Chicago that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to creating an outstanding work environment and culture for their employees.

“This recognition is a testament to the team we have today,” said Tom Gimbel, founder and CEO of LaSalle Network. “Culture to us is developing our people, helping them achieve professional and personal growth, as we grow as an organization. Eighty percent of our management team has been promoted from within, and simultaneously we’ve grown, being named to the ‘Inc. 5000’ list for the last 11 years.”

In 2017, LaSalle Network increased headcount by 60 percent and launched two new lines of business, including a management resources recruiting unit, as well as a new specialist technology sales team that focuses on information security, data science, blockchain and UX recruitment. LaSalle Network also launched a new culture consulting practice, Culture 20/20, that works with companies to analyze and improve company culture by using comprehensive surveys and a focus-group strategy.

The final list of top 100 workplaces was a result of a wide-ranging questionnaire, where Crain’s Chicago Business asked about everything from workplace comforts to benefits and culture. The final rankings of the “Top 100 Best Places to Work,” the “Top 10 Best Places to Work for Boomers,” and the “Top 10 Best Places to Work for Women” will be profiled in the April 16, 2018 issue of Crain’s Chicago Business, and featured online at www.chicagobusiness.com.
