Staffing and Recruiting Firm Honored for Exceptional Company Culture

Chicago, IL, November 4, 2015 – LaSalle Network, a staffing and recruiting firm headquartered in Chicago, announced today its recognition by Entrepreneur Magazine on its 2015 “Top Company Cultures” list, ranking third place in the large-sized companies category.

Seventy-five companies made the final list and were broken down into three categories: small, medium, and large-sized companies. The winners were selected based on company culture scores determined by the results of anonymous employee surveys, collected by CultureIQ, a company culture research and analytics firm.

The surveys measured 10 areas that are predictive of high-performing cultures and combined those scores with the employee Net Promoter Score to create a cumulative CultureIQ Score (CIQ), which is what determined the ranking. LaSalle Network scored 95.36/100.
