LaSalle Network Celebrates 21 Years

National Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm Marks 21 Years, Helping 70,000 People Find Jobs, 10,000 Companies Find Talent

CHICAGO – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, marks its twenty first year in business with another year of organic revenue growth since the company’s inception in 1998. Over 21 years, LaSalle Network has helped more than 70,000 job seekers find employment and helped more than 10,000 companies find top talent.

In the last year, LaSalle Network hired 100 people with plans to hire an additional 50 in the second half of 2019, and with a continued focus and investment in training and development with more than 1,000 training hours offered, more than 56 people were promoted this past year, nine at a management level.

LaSalle Network was recognized with more than 16 awards in the last year, including a coveted spot on Inc. Magazine’s list of “Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Privately Held Companies in America” for its twelfth year, something less than 0.001 percent of companies on the list can claim.

“Celebrating 21 years, achieving consistent revenue growth, 12 years on the ‘Inc. 5000 list,’ and never having done a layoff are what I’m most proud of,” said Tom Gimbel, founder and CEO of LaSalle Network. “This is the best economy I’ve seen in decades, and we are ramping up our hiring efforts in anticipation of our clients’ future hiring needs. I couldn’t be more bullish on the state of the economy and LaSalle Network’s future growth plans.”

Gimbel and LaSalle Network’s leadership team are focused on creating not only a high-growth company, but one where employees are challenged and engaged. This focus has led LaSalle to have among the highest employee engagement rates in the staffing industry at 98 percent, compared to national averages of 33 percent. Additionally, average employee tenure is four years.

Giving back to the community that has allowed LaSalle Network to achieve year-over-year growth is a top priority, which is why beyond year-round giveback initiatives, the week leading up to the company’s anniversary, dubbed LaSallemas, the company makes monetary donations to employee-nominated charities. This year’s recipients include: Autism Speaks, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, NOSTIGMAS, Alpha Phi Foundation, Carver Military Academy, American Heart Association and the John A. Beach 2 Memorial.
