Marketing Analyst

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing web traffic and user behavior, identifying trends and insights, and making recommendations to improve marketing and website performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience with web analytics tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Your primary duties and responsibilities will be: 
Data Collection & Analysis:
  • Implement and manage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data to track user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage tracking mechanisms such as UTMs and cookies to capture detailed data.
Reporting & Insights:
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on marketing performance metrics to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing performance and improve user experience.
Optimization & Testing:
  • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of web content, CRM and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement changes based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of optimization efforts.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure alignment of web analytics with overall marketing objectives.
  • Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Provide training and support to partners within the integrated marketing team on analytics tools and best practices.
We believe the successful candidate will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data management, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in data operations, data engineering, or a related role.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
