Warehouse Team Lead

LaSalle Network is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for a growing team. This team is expanding fast, and we’re looking for someone who can adapt quickly, learn fast and set the tone for a positive, efficient warehouse environment. What’s the job?

• Lead and support warehouse associates through daily tasks

• Train, coach and develop team members

• Oversee scheduling and workflow to ensure timely project completion

• Verify quality and accuracy of outgoing shipments

• Maintain detailed warehouse records and documentation

• Communicate updates, changes and expectations to the team

• Collaborate to identify improvements and implement new ideas

• Participate in hands-on warehouse operations as needed

What’s needed?

• Prior leadership experience in warehouse or logistics settings

• Two years of warehouse experience

• Strong communication, teamwork and conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to learn quickly and help others do the same

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and documentation systems

• PC proficiency: ERP/WMS familiarity preferred

• Forklift experience preferred
