LaSalle Network is hiring a Temporary Warehouse Clerk for an organization that values precision, efficiency and teamwork. In this Temporary Warehouse Clerk role, you will be responsible for ensuring all shipment and inventory data is accurate, organized and properly documented. This position is heavily focused on administrative tasks and data entry, making it a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented and process-driven.
Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely data entry for inventory and shipment tracking

Organize, print and manage shipping labels and documentation
-
Match paperwork to physical shipments and verify accuracy

Track, schedule and update shipment activity
-
Communicate with carriers and internal teams regarding logistics updates
-
Manage and prioritize a high volume of emails
-
Support inventory processes including receipts and cycle counts
-
Assist with reporting and administrative tasks

Work cross-functionally with warehouse and operations teams
Requirements:

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
-
Strong background in administrative support and data entry
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking systems
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse setting

Compensation: $17–$22/hour; based on experience
