What You’ll Do

Lead onboarding and qualification of 3PL partners

Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, ISO, and internal standards
-
Develop and review SOPs, quality agreements, and workflows
-
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and vendor evaluations
-
Monitor KPIs and quality metrics across logistics operations
-
Support CAPAs, deviations, and change control processes
-
Act as liaison between internal teams and external 3PL partners
What’s Needed?
-
Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related
-
2+ years in regulated environments (pharma, med device, biotech)
-
Strong knowledge of GxP, FDA, and quality systems
-
Experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain settings
-
Familiarity with SAP, JDE, or WMS tools preferred
-
Strong analytical and communication skills
