LaSalle Network is partnering with an industry-leading facilities management company to hire a Vendor Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping clients, managing high-volume communication, and working in a fast-paced call center environment.
Job Description:

Vendor relationship management: Be the main contact for contractors and third-party service providers.

Onboarding: Set up new vendors, enter their information, collect documents, and make sure they understand the process.

Compliance/document management: Keep licenses, insurance, certifications, banking details, and other provider information current.

Issue resolution: Help vendors with work orders, billing, payments, account problems, technology issues, and general questions.

Communication: Explain system changes, policy updates, and process changes clearly to vendors.

Data accuracy: Maintain vendor records and correct inaccurate or missing information.

Technology support: Help vendors navigate portals and resolve basic system problems—more troubleshooting and coordination than IT engineering.

Administrative support: Handle shared inboxes, help-desk requests, reports, data entry, and other operational tasks.

Data analysis: Review provider coverage and performance data to identify gaps or issues.
Compensation & Benefits

$20-23 per hour based on experience
