LaSalle Network is hiring for an experienced Travel Manager and Executive Assistant on behalf of one of our top clients in the global holdings industry in New York City. This individual will provide end-to-end travel support for a Managing Director and serves as the central point of coordination between the executive, flight coordinators, and key internal partners, ensuring seamless travel execution across both commercial and private aviation.

The ideal candidate brings EA+ caliber support experience, strong exposure to private aviation, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs with limited context. This role requires emotional maturity and comfort operating within a tight-knit executive support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all end-to-end travel logistics for the Managing Director, including domestic and international travel
  • Oversee travel coordination for two private aircraft, acting as the primary liaison between flight coordinators and the executive
  • Partner closely with a third-party aircraft management company on scheduling, crew coordination, maintenance planning, and logistics.
  • Anticipate travel needs, identify gaps, and proactively surface questions or considerations before issues arise
  • Support event management and executive meetings, with approximately 30% of the role dedicated to events and international meetings.
  • Maintain discretion, accuracy, and adaptability in a fast-moving, high-expectations environment

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives (EA+ profile strongly preferred)
  • Prior experience coordinating private aviation travel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify gaps independently
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing complex, changing logistics
  • Emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to take feedback without ego

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation: $65.00-$72.00/hour and upon conversion $130k-$150k.
