LaSalle Network is hiring a Student Services Representative to support a client in the higher education space that puts students first. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity for someone who is energized by conversation, relationship-building and helping students navigate the next step in their education journey.
As a Student Services Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for prospective students and recent graduates. If you’re warm, empathetic and excited about making a real impact on day one, this role offers meaningful work with flexibility and purpose.

- Make outbound calls to prospective students to discuss educational opportunities
- Connect with recent graduates to check in and explore continued education options
- Build authentic relationships with students through thoughtful communication
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation in internal systems
- Represent the organization with professionalism, care and enthusiasm
- Strong people skills and a passion for forming meaningful connections
- Prior outbound calling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with computers and basic systems
- Interest in education, admissions or student services
- $16.75/hour compensation
