What's the job?
- Execute high-volume phone and video outreach to warm leads
- Conduct structured enrollment calls designed to understand needs, qualify interest, and drive next-step commitments
- Position program offerings in a compelling, value-driven way to increase conversion rates
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospective students and maintain consistent follow-up
- Guide students through enrollment workflows and remove obstacles to keep momentum high
- Track outreach, activity, and enrollment metrics to hit weekly and monthly targets
- Identify and source additional prospective students through referrals and networking
What's needed?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Sales mindset with the ability to influence, persuade, and close
- Strong phone presence and comfort with high call volume
- Clear, concise written communication for fast-paced follow-up
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by hitting KPIs
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment with daily activity expectations
