Responsibilities:
-
Serve as a key contributor to the corporate month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting reporting, and follow-up.

Prepares the intercompany accounting, including billings, B/S account analysis, follow-up on differences, and resolution of open items.

Prepares North America payroll accounting process, including journal entries, cash funding, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and timely resolution of payroll-related issues.

Prepare assigned monthly corporate balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis, ensuring balances are accurate, fully supported, and clearly understood.

Utilize Blackline to perform month-end close processes including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Utilize OneStream to perform monthly reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
-
5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet account reconciliations.

Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, account reconciliation principles, and internal controls.

Strong systems aptitude and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to organize, reconcile, and analyze large data sets.

Must possess a professional demeanor with an ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
