LaSalle Network is partnering with a logistics organization seeking a Service Desk Technician to support end-user technology deployments, device configuration, hardware preparation, and technical support activities. This role is ideal for an individual with strong attention to detail, foundational IT support experience, and a desire to grow their technical skill set in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Configure and deploy Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations for end users.

Perform device imaging, setup, quality assurance testing, and shipment preparation.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot peripherals, including printers, scanners, and related hardware.

Support Dell desktops, laptops, and associated equipment.

Assist with hardware inventory management, asset tracking, and documentation.

Respond to technical support requests and escalate issues as needed.

Collaborate with internal IT teams to support ongoing technology projects and operational initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of completed work and technical activities.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a desktop support, service desk, help desk, or IT support role preferred.

Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.

Experience with computer imaging, deployment, or hardware configuration is preferred.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook and Teams, is a plus.

Experience with CargoWise, AS400, Zoom, or similar business applications is preferred.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
