What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise digital application delivery across a portfolio of strategic initiatives
- Serve as the executive liaison between business stakeholders and IT leadership
- Develop and execute digital technology roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities
- Oversee Agile delivery teams utilizing Scrum, Kanban and SAFe methodologies
- Guide solution architecture, engineering standards and SDLC governance
- Manage delivery partners and vendors while ensuring quality, timelines and budget adherence
- Lead release planning, deployment readiness and organizational change initiatives
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Build business cases, prioritize initiatives and manage project portfolios
- Communicate project status, risks and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6-8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) governance
- Experience partnering with executive business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Strong vendor management and strategic planning experience
- Exceptional communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
Key Details

Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 per year
