Repricing Coordinator
LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to find a detail-oriented Repricing Coordinator for a remote, temporary role with potential for extension. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling data entry, claim processing, and multitasking. The Repricing Coordinator will support claims re-pricing, manage provider disputes, and ensure data accuracy, all while working in a dynamic, fully remote setting. Responsibilities
- Perform heavy data entry, pulling information and entering claims in various applications
- Key claims data into web portals, excel files, and access databases for real-time and manual re-pricing
- Handle repricing appeals, provider disputes, and documentation, serving as a middleman between networks and providers
- Manage multiple email inboxes related to PPO mailboxes
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in claim re-pricing and data management
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to claims and discounts
- Support training and onboarding for new team members as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven data entry experience within claims processing
- Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Remote work experience and a distraction-free zone
- Ability to jump on calls immediately if needed
- Medical knowledge and repricing skills are trainable
