This fully remote opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across Finance, Legal, Sales, and Contracts to ensure every number tells the right story.
In this role, you’ll own rebate and chargeback programs that directly affect revenue accuracy and financial performance, while helping shape efficient, compliant processes across the organization.
Compensation: $27-32 per hour depending on experience, skill set, and contract terms.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and reconcile rebate and chargeback payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with contract terms
- Manage and monitor rebate accruals, keeping financial data precise and reliable
- Interpret rebate contracts and coordinate with Legal and Finance to ensure proper execution
- Implement and maintain new customer and GPO rebate agreements while keeping existing agreements updated throughout their lifecycle
- Analyze financial and operational data to support forecasting, true-ups, and revenue impact assessments
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify discrepancies, solve issues, and streamline rebate processes
- Maintain audit-ready records and ensure adherence to internal controls
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as directed by the Rebate Manager
What You Need to Succeed:
- 2+ years of experience in chargeback, rebate, or pricing analysis
- Required: Hands-on experience with SAP and Vistex — candidates without both will not be considered
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, comfortable managing large data sets
- Detail-oriented with the ability to understand the “why” behind the numbers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote environment
