Project Manager – Electrical

Location: Franksville, Wisconsin
Reports to: Senior Account Executive and Director of Operations
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 base salary

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Electrical Construction Projects
    • Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
    • Oversee project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and billing.
 
  • Drive Cross-Functional Project Execution
    • Coordinate with General Contractors, field leadership, engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Lead project meetings, maintain schedules, and proactively resolve challenges.
 
  • Own Client Relationships
    • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, GC partners, and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships.
    • Support business growth by helping ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
 
  • Support Field and Operational Success
    • Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure labor, materials, and equipment align with project needs.
    • Help identify risks and implement solutions to maintain productivity and profitability.
