LaSalle Network is partnering with a manufacturing organization to hire a Project Manager to lead new product development and introduction projects from concept through final product launch. This role will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects across sites and cross-functional teams, driving structured stage-gate execution, and ensuring all milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met. The ideal candidate is an experienced manufacturing project professional who excels in cross-functional coordination, structured execution, and managing technical product development through to launch.

What's the job?

  • Lead NPDI projects from concept through final product launch

  • Manage approximately 4 concurrent projects across multiple sites and cross-functional teams

  • Drive projects through stage-gate / phase-gate processes to ensure milestone and deliverable completion

  • Coordinate closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, sourcing, and other stakeholders

  • Own project plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies with strong focus on critical path management

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leaders and executive stakeholders regularly

  • Ensure disciplined execution of structured product development processes in a manufacturing environment

  • Support alignment across cross-functional teams across multiple locations


What's needed?

  • Experience leading new product development (NPDI) or new product introduction (NPI) projects

  • Background in manufacturing or industrial product development environments strongly preferred

  • Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a structured PM or PMO environment

  • Familiarity with stage-gate / phase-gate product development processes

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and sourcing teams

  • Ability to manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and critical path activities

  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities

  • Experience in R&D, manufacturing, or engineered product environments preferred
