LaSalle Network is partnering with a manufacturing organization to hire a Project Manager to lead new product development and introduction projects from concept through final product launch. This role will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects across sites and cross-functional teams, driving structured stage-gate execution, and ensuring all milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met. The ideal candidate is an experienced manufacturing project professional who excels in cross-functional coordination, structured execution, and managing technical product development through to launch.

Lead NPDI projects from concept through final product launch

Manage approximately 4 concurrent projects across multiple sites and cross-functional teams

Drive projects through stage-gate / phase-gate processes to ensure milestone and deliverable completion

Coordinate closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, sourcing, and other stakeholders

Own project plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies with strong focus on critical path management

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leaders and executive stakeholders regularly

Ensure disciplined execution of structured product development processes in a manufacturing environment

Support alignment across cross-functional teams across multiple locations
What's needed?

Experience leading new product development (NPDI) or new product introduction (NPI) projects

Background in manufacturing or industrial product development environments strongly preferred

Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a structured PM or PMO environment

Familiarity with stage-gate / phase-gate product development processes

Strong cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and sourcing teams

Ability to manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and critical path activities

Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities

Experience in R&D, manufacturing, or engineered product environments preferred
