What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development through commercialization
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, operations, and supply chain
- Define product requirements, timelines, and success metrics
- Conduct market, competitive, and consumer research to inform product decisions
- Drive product innovation while balancing cost, quality, and speed to market
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within CPG (food or beverage experience strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing products from concept to launch
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Compensation: $50-65/hr depending on experience
