LaSalle Network is partnering with a small VC-backed business services company in its search for a President. The President is responsible for the overall strategy, operations and growth of the company. This role will work closely with the founding team to ensure that the company is well-positioned to achieve its aggressive growth goals and objectives.
President Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall strategy and vision for the company
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
- Drive growth and revenue generation through the development and execution of effective business development and marketing strategies
- Attract, develop and retain top talent by building a culture of high performance and continuous learning
- Lead inorganic growth and diligence process for future acquisitions
- Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting to stakeholders
President Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of leadership experience
- Prior P&L ownership
- Business development experience a significant plus
- Desire and ability to be a hands-on leader
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of employees
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance metrics
