LaSalle Network is hiring a Patient Account Representative for a fully remote role supporting hospital and facility AR. This position is ideal for someone experienced in insurance follow-up, EOB review, and resolving unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims. If you’re detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently, this role offers immediate impact.
What’s the job?

Perform insurance follow-up to ensure timely reimbursement

Review EOBs and remittance advice to determine claim outcomes

Research unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims and take corrective action

Contact insurance companies to resolve issues and discrepancies

Document activity accurately in Epic
-
Work assigned AR accounts and meet productivity standards

Escalate complex issues as needed
What’s needed?

2+ years in insurance follow-up, patient accounts, or healthcare AR
-
Experience with hospital/facility claims

Epic experience required

Strong communication and attention to detail

Ability to manage volume independently
