Our clients are looking for versatile and motivated Marketing Coordinators to support the marketing efforts within their organization. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the marketing teams of these respective clients to implement marketing strategies, manage campaigns and coordinate various marketing activities. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity and the ability to work across different industries and target audiences.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns for multiple companies, ensuring alignment with each company's brand and goals
- Coordinate and manage marketing projects and initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation and advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create marketing materials, such as promotional content, advertisements and product collateral
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing teams to optimize marketing strategies
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows and promotional activities for multiple companies
- Manage social media platforms and online presence for each company, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and industry trends
- Support the maintenance and updates of websites and online content for each company
- Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters, email campaigns and other marketing communications
Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with experience in a multi-company or agency setting being a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various target audiences and industries
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and content management systems
- Familiarity with social media management and email marketing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design
