LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to hire a Logistics Coordinator to support inbound shipment coordination, documentation management, and inventory tracking. This role will be responsible for verifying shipment paperwork, coordinating with third-party logistics providers, tracking inbound deliveries, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the receiving process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys process-driven work in a collaborative office environment.

Key Details
What’s the job?
  • Coordinate inbound shipment documentation and verify receiving paperwork for accuracy
  • Work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to confirm shipment receipt and resolve discrepancies
  • Track inbound shipments and maintain accurate shipment records
  • Verify shipping documentation and ensure all required information is complete
  • Maintain organized electronic records and update shipment information in internal systems
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage shipment tracking and communication
  • Support inventory accuracy through detailed documentation and record maintenance
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment status and documentation needs
  • Perform repetitive, detail-oriented administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy

What’s needed?
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven administrative work
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred
  • Syspro and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience are a plus
  • Open to entry-level candidates with strong administrative skills as well as experienced logistics professionals

Compensation: $60,000/yr
