Lasalle Network is excited to be partnered with a full-service business law firm based in the heart of Chicago! Known for its commitment to client service and a collaborative, respectful workplace, the firm provides counsel across a wide range of industries—from real estate and insurance to corporate litigation and beyond.
They are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3–5 years of law firm experience to join their growing team. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex matters while enjoying a flexible, team-oriented work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- File legal documents via traditional and e-filing systems in both State and Federal courts
- Draft and proofread pleadings, subpoenas, correspondence, and shell responses to discovery
- Manage complex document production, including Bates stamping, redactions, and review in Relativity
- Prepare exhibits, binders, and court documents for trial and deposition prep
- Coordinate depositions, court reporters, conference room bookings, and videographers
- Create TOCs and TOAs using advanced Microsoft Word functions
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
- Serve as a liaison with court staff and handle local hand-deliveries and filings
- Provide administrative support and assist with special legal projects as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting
- Strong knowledge of e-filing procedures and litigation terminology
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines with professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Worldox/NetDocs, PracticeMaster, and Tabs3 is a plus
- Paralegal certification is preferred but not required
- Dependable, team-oriented, and highly proactive
Compensation: $80,000-$110,000
