Legal Intake Assistant
Location: Onsite – Lake Mary, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET
Compensation: $19–$20/hour (based on experience) + eligibility to earn a discretionary bonus

Position Overview
The Legal Intake Assistant serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a professional and compassionate experience while gathering key information and evaluating potential cases. This role focuses on client intake, case qualification, and coordination, ensuring each inquiry is handled with accuracy, urgency, and care.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound client inquiries (phone, email, chat, text)

Conduct detailed intake conversations to gather and document case information

Evaluate potential cases using established qualification guidelines

Clearly explain next steps and guide prospective clients through the intake process

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients to ensure timely engagement

Coordinate consultations and appointments with attorneys as appropriate

Accurately document all interactions and case details within the CRM system

Manage a high volume of inquiries while maintaining quality and attention to detail

Provide a positive, empathetic client experience that builds trust and confidence

Support overall intake performance goals and team objectives

Education & Experience

1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, intake, or client-facing roles

Experience in a high-volume environment preferred

Law firm intake or legal environment experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree preferred
