LaSalle Network is hiring an Inventory and Procurement Manager to support a highly visible, cross-functional operation within a fast-paced cultivation environment. This role combines purchasing, inventory management and compliance responsibilities while partnering closely with vendors, accounting, operations, packaging, lab and leadership teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities and can operate independently with minimal training during a critical transition period.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead all purchasing activities for the organization as the sole purchasing contact
  • Manage high vendor volume and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Purchase raw materials, operational supplies, packaging and other business-critical materials
  • Negotiate pricing and support cost-saving initiatives with vendors
  • Coordinate purchasing activity and invoices with finance and accounting teams
  • Oversee cultivation inventory processes and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Support inventory controls, reporting and operational organization across departments
  • Partner closely with cultivation, retail and corporate teams to ensure operational flow
  • Maintain compliance standards within a rapidly evolving cannabis industry
  • Support IDOA compliance requirements, documentation and audit preparation
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and operational needs in a fast-paced environment


What’s needed:

  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory, supply chain or operations support
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and high-volume purchasing activity
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience supporting compliance-driven environments is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and training
  • Proficiency with inventory systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Excel
