International Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation

Coordinate and book ocean shipments with carriers, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods

Act as a primary point of contact for clients via email and phone

Monitor and track shipments throughout the entire export process

Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export activities. Utilize logistics software and systems for efficient data management

Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in the export process

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to find effective solutions
