As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting core HR functions including compliance, HRIS (Paylocity), recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You’ll work alongside a supportive team and have a direct impact on shaping the employee experience from day one.
What’s the job?

Maintain accurate employee data in Paylocity and run compliance reports

Conduct regular internal audits (I-9s, trainings, file accuracy) and support external audit prep

Coordinate recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process including new hire orientation and system setup

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support the broader HR team

Assist with benefits billing, workers’ comp, and policy compliance

Plan and help execute employee events, service awards, and cultural initiatives
What’s needed?

1–3 years of experience in HR support or coordination

Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred)

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and discretion

Familiarity with compliance and audit processes (EEO, DOL, I-9, etc.)

Strong communication and organizational skills
