Executive Assistant Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive priorities.

Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

Draft correspondence and professional communications on behalf of leadership.

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal business partners.

Track deadlines, commitments, and follow-up items.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives.

Support administrative functions that help executives operate effectively.
Executive Assistant Requirements

5+ years of administrative or executive support experience.

Prior experience supporting senior leaders or executives.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
