LaSalle Network is hiring a Data Entry Associate for a healthcare organization! This is a great contract opportunity for detail-oriented candidates with administrative or benefits experience to support enrollment operations, audits, and day-to-day workflows.

What’s the job?
  • Process and support audit requests, including pulling documentation
  • Upload documents (beneficiary forms, proof docs) into DMS
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to inquiries
  • Process demographic and contact updates
  • Scan and track mailed payments
  • Support open enrollment activities
  • Assist with returned mail and provide general administrative support

Key Details:
  • Compensation: $19-20/hour
  • Location: Oak Brook, IL
  • Work Model: Hybrid

What’s needed?
  • 1–2 years of administrative, data entry, or benefits experience
  • Knowledge of eligibility and billing processes preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
