Position Overview
We are seeking Customer Service professionals to join a high-volume call center team supporting grocery delivery services. In this role, you will assist customers with delivery-related inquiries, product availability questions, order concerns, and general store support. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls daily.

Assist customers with grocery delivery concerns, including:

Missing or damaged items
-
Expired products
-
Product availability and store inventory questions
-
Restock inquiries
-

Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.

Meet established performance and quality metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment.

Comfortable handling high call volumes.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Basic computer navigation and troubleshooting skills.
