LaSalle Network has partnered with a medical device company based in Palatine and we currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound customer calls

Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner

Generate and manage shipping labels
-
Coordinate returns, exchanges, and replacements
-
Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
-
Set up new customer accounts
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
-
Exceptional attention to detail
-
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
-
Professional phone communication skills
-
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
-
Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) preferred
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range: $18–$25, based on experience
