Responsibilities:
- Provide full-range customer support as a Temporary Customer Service Associate via phone, email, fax, mail, internet, and in-person interactions
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and inquiries related to orders, warranties, product information, assembly, and shipping
- Manage escalated or complex issues calmly and efficiently as a Temporary Customer Service Associate
- Proactively troubleshoot product and service issues using internal tools and resources
- Accurately process warranty orders and service requests
- Document and share customer feedback with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Support front desk coverage and greet visitors as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone presence and strong active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a “can-do” attitude

- Compensation: $17–$22/hour; based on experience
