LaSalle Network is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to support a growing organization in Oak Brook. This role combines customer service, order processing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and utilizing ERP or CRM systems in a fast-paced B2B environment.
What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency

Process customer orders accurately through ERP and CRM systems

Research and resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, billing concerns, and customer service inquiries

Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation

Communicate order status updates and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Partner with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Manage multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Take ownership of customer issues and drive them to resolution
What's Needed
-
2–3 years of experience in a customer service, order processing, sales support, or customer care role

Experience working in a B2B environment preferred

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, etc.) and/or CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and follow-through
