LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading American healthcare company dedicated to developing, manufacturing and distributing a diverse range of medical products and services. They are seeking a talented and dedicated Credit Analyst to join their team in Batesville, IN.
The Credit Analyst will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses applying for credit. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Credit Analyst Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data to determine the creditworthiness of loan applicants
- Evaluate credit applications and make recommendations based on risk assessment
- Review credit history, financial statements and other relevant documents to assess the applicant's ability to repay debt
- Prepare written reports summarizing credit analysis and recommendations
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters and other stakeholders to gather additional information and clarify details
- Monitor the performance of existing loans and assess potential risks
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements and best practices in credit analysis
- Assist in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
Credit Analyst Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required, while a college degree is preferred
- Three years of credit/collection experience is desirable
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A team-oriented mindset and the flexibility to adapt to varying workloads
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Comfort working with multiple ERP systems
