LaSalle Network is hiring Claims Adjudicators for a 10-month temporary opportunity supporting several medical claims adjustment projects. If you’re comfortable working toward clear production goals, digging into claim details and staying focused through repetitive work, this Claims Adjudicator role could be a great fit.
What’s the job?
- Adjudicate and adjust medical claims accurately and efficiently
- Complete refunds, claim adjustments and retroactive reviews
- Support projects across three vendors, including approximately 2,300 retro reviews
- Interpret claim information and select accurate EOB codes
- Track and manage claim activity using Excel spreadsheets
- Meet production goals of approximately 12–14 claims per hour, depending on the project
- Maintain approximately 95% quality and accuracy
- Stay productive and detail-focused while completing repetitive claim-processing work
- Work a 37.5-hour week
- Medical claims processing or Claims Adjudicator experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of medical claims adjudication workflows
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excel proficiency and confidence working from spreadsheets throughout the day
- Comfort working against production, quality and KPI expectations
- Dependability, accountability and strong time-management skills
- Competitive pay of $22–$23/hour
