You’ll partner with legal, compliance and technology leaders to improve how the organization manages client intake, conflicts, obligations and broader risk operations. The ideal Business Analyst – Risk PMO candidate brings strong communication skills, process improvement expertise and prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
What will I do?

Gather, analyze and document complex business and legal operational requirements

Translate legal workflows into detailed functional specifications

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and process discovery sessions

Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for operational improvement

Support cloud migration and risk systems modernization initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable process solutions

Assist in standardizing workflows and reducing manual operational processes

Communicate project updates, risks and recommendations to leadership teams
What’s needed?
-
3-5+ years of Business Analyst experience within a law firm or professional services environment
-
Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and gap analysis
-
Understanding of legal operations, attorney workflows and compliance processes

Ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities with professionalism and diplomacy
-
Experience supporting enterprise technology or systems transformation projects

Familiarity with Intapp or similar legal technology platforms preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Law or related field preferred

Ability to work onsite in Chicago 2-3 days per week
