- Engage directly with stakeholders across multiple functions (Customer, Finance, and SAP Master Data domains) to gather, refine, and validate requirements
- Ask thoughtful, probing questions to fully understand business needs before solutioning
- Act as a true business partner — assessing feasibility, challenging assumptions, and recommending optimal approaches
- Provide thought leadership on how to best leverage MDG capabilities, especially in areas that are newly implemented or not yet fully explored
- Collaborate with offshore support teams to guide execution and ensure alignment with business intent
- Help navigate and define processes within uncharted or evolving areas of the MDG tool
Team & Environment
- Existing offshore MDG support team focused primarily on ticket execution
- This role will serve as the key liaison between the U.S. business and offshore resources
- High visibility with business stakeholders and opportunity to shape how MDG is utilized moving forward

- Solid understanding of SAP Master Data concepts (Customer, Vendor, Finance, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders
- IT background with experience working in cross-functional environments
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and exploring new or undefined areas
- Brings a consultative approach and thought leadership to MDG usage and optimization
- Strong balance of business acumen and technical understanding
