LaSalle Network is looking to hire a Bilingual Marketing Assistant for one of our top clients within the food and beverage industry. This will be a great opportunity to diversify your skills in multiple areas of their business. Seeking self-motivated and go-getter attitudes only! This is a hybrid position in Chicago, a temp-to-perm opportunity and the process will move quickly for the right person!
Bilingual Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

Procure and manage inventory of branded apparel including polos, T-shirts and hats in various colors and styles

Coordinate quotes, ordering and upkeep of POS materials catering to specific requests and varied promotional items

Support the Regional Marketing and Sales teams by updating Tradeshow Calendars, organizing show materials, printing sell sheets, boxing show material and mailing requested items

Coordinate store events, and prepare materials for events, including tents and prize wheels
-
Accommodate special requests such as creating unique labels and obtaining quotes for specific items like displays and shipping materials
Bilingual Marketing Assistant Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or related field with internships on your belt

Bilingual in Spanish required

Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and light InDesign

Excellent organization skills and a go-getter attitude

Strong written and verbal communication skills
