LaSalle Network is hiring a Benefits Manager on a contract to hire basis for a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization in the health and wellness industry. With a strong focus on employee well-being and innovation, this company is looking for a hands-on professional to elevate its benefits and total rewards programs across a diverse workforce.

Benefits Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administration of benefits for 700+ employees across corporate, hourly, and union groups
  • Lead open enrollment, 401(k) audits, COBRA, and life events
  • Partner with vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Oversee leave of absence requests and partner with managers to communicate outcomes
  • Develop wellness initiatives, including interactive employee Q&A sessions
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and approve accommodations
  • Supervise and mentor a direct report (Employee Leave Analyst)
  • Maintain accurate data in HRIS and vendor systems
Benefits Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive benefits experience with open enrollment ownership
  • Deep knowledge of health, retirement, COBRA, and LOA administration
  • Skilled in vendor management and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
