What’s the job?

Process non-PO invoices through Esker (required)

Audit and post invoices within ERP systems

Investigate discrepancies and resolve vendor issues

Manage vendor setup and payment requests
-
Execute payment runs and wire transfers
-
Review and process expense reports in Concur
-
Perform account coding and journal entry verification
-
Support year-end close activities and reconciliations
-
Communicate with vendors and internal teams
-
Provide backup support across the A/P function
What’s needed?
-
Associate degree or equivalent accounting experience
-
3+ years of Accounts Payable Specialist or accounting experience
-
Hands-on Esker experience required
-
Proficiency in SAP, Excel and Outlook
-
Experience with Concur and SharePoint is a plus
-
Strong data entry accuracy and efficiency
-
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage high volume
