Our client within the healthcare and hospitality space is hiring for their next Accounts Receivable Manager out of their St. Charles, IL office. This position will include managing a team of AR Specialists, implementing new processes and procedures and managing upcoming acquisitions. 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the financial transactions and collections process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring accuracy in billing, timely collections and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Accounts Receivable Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accounts receivable process from invoicing to collections
  • Generate and send accurate invoices to clients
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments
  • Develop and implement efficient collection strategies
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status
  • Supervise and support accounts receivable staff

Accounts Receivable Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field is a plus
  • 4 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Leadership and team management experience is preferred
