LaSalle Network has partnered with a national leader in the vehicle and motor manufacturing space to help hire a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across the Southwest region. This Contract Recruiter Region role is exciting because you’ll join a growing recruiting organization during a regional expansion, with the opportunity to make an immediate impact by building pipelines and helping the team move quickly through high-volume hiring needs.
Our client is looking for a Contract Recruiter who is proactive, resourceful, and confident using creative sourcing strategies (including Boolean) to engage both active and passive candidates.
Responsibilities

Support high-volume recruiting efforts across the Southwest region.

Recruit for skilled-trade, automotive, autobody, technician, and shop-level positions.

Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.

Conduct proactive outreach to both active and passive candidates.

Utilize Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent.

Build and maintain qualified talent pools for current and anticipated openings.

Screen candidates and assess alignment to role requirements.

Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and prioritize requisitions.

Manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a high-volume environment.

Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting details within Workday.

Coordinate candidates through the recruiting process and maintain consistent communication.

Collaborate with the recruiting team to keep positions moving forward efficiently.

Develop an understanding of local talent markets and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.

Support additional recruiting initiatives as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
-
2+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a high-volume environment.

Experience recruiting or sourcing for skilled trades, automotive, autobody, collision, technician, industrial, or related roles.

Strong sourcing, candidate research, and passive outreach skills.

Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring partners.

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Experience with Workday, LinkedIn, and Indeed is preferred.

Experience recruiting within Arizona or the broader Southwest region is preferred.
-
Metaview experience is helpful but not required.
